I've owned my A4 for almost two years. Unfortunately I had to take my car to the dealer four different times for a coolant leak. After they fixed the problem - I was driving home the dashboard coolant light came on. I looked under the hood and the Santa Monica service department forgot to refill the coolant tank. Another time I got home after an oil change from the dealer and it leaked all over my driveway. This is just the tip of the iceberg. I've still have other problems, but the point I'm trying to make is the Audi dealer will not stand by their product. Because of the frustration I have for the Audi service department I regret buying my Audi over a BMW. I will never buy another Audi because of my horrible experience with the Audi service department. Do your research get a BMW much more reliable. |
