I have a RSX-S 03. The RSX is a very fun to drive car. Very precise handling, very nice interior with excellent performance but buyer should be aware of this issue!!!!!! There is a grinding problem with the transmission (2nd gear and 3rd gear). I know a lot of people experience with this issue. And if you are a serious buyer; check out the message board from clubrsx.com before making the purchase. Even the problem should be under warranty; I have heard a lot of dealers are not fixing it (very bad service). Personally, I'm going through it the dealer in Montclair, NJ. So far, they never returned my phone call and I have been push around from service rep to service manager. This problem still exists on the 05 model. Buyer should be aware!!!! The problem can start anytime and Acura have not taken any action to correct the problem yet. There is a TBS out but is up to the dealer to honor it. And guess what, most dealer don’t give a damn about it.
