I bought this vehicle with 157 miles on it and the first week the check engine light was on. I took it in and they stated nothing wrong. I have never had so many problems with a new vehicle in my life!! One thing after another and all Kia says is 'There is a 10 year 100,000 mile warrenty for your vehicle'. Oh Sure, Everytime it goes in the shop (which has been plenty) I have to get a rental because Kia does not incude a rental during repairs. The most recent - I took my car in (lets not forget there were 5 other people with the same car in for service too) because when you step on the gas or break there is a loud rattling noise but Kia service says nothing is wrong with the car. I have owned the vehicle one year and I am now purchasing something else, but the not so fun part is that I still owe $10,000 on this car and other dealers will give me $4000.00 what it is worth. I will suck it up only to get this living nightmare out of my life! I would not wish this car on my worst enemy. |
