Detailed review: |
Drives and handles well. Lots of glass. requires window tint so air conditioner can keep up in US gulf coast summers. well constructed vehicle. very functional. driver controls are simple and user friendly. sound system is adequate but not exceptional. interior appears to be of quality materials. vehicle is easy to get into and out of. The air conditioner compressor had to be replaced at 300 miles. Service dept said almost all 07 beetle a/c's have been bad. gas mileage to date is poor, less than 25 mpg. power windows seem to be under a load when closing. Braking is good. Emergency brake lever is not easily accessed. |
