 Favorite feature:

Comfort, visibility, power hatch.

 Least favorite feature:

The operating controls are not logically placed. Their operation is not functional. Controls on steering wheel, too small as are buttons for heated seats. When it rains, and the windows are lowered water drips in.

 Advice to buyer:

Try this out and see if the controls makes sense and the size of the buttons are small. Tough for big hands.

 Detailed review:

Test drove RX 330 in 4/03. Purchased because of comfort and visibility. Drove navigation/ back upcamera version - but did not purchase. As you own a vehicle, and put it through the day to day routines - I found when it rains and you lower the windows water drips in. The controls from defroster/fan speed/wipers/speed control are not placed or function logically. The buttons are too small on the heated seats (not in close position for passenger), the controls on the steering wheel were probably designed thinking people use their pointer finger to operate - when in fact people use their thumbs. Mercury Mountaineer got the controls correct (too bad Lexus) didn't. I have disliked all the control features and went to see the new Cadillac. However, will keep the Lexus because of the extreme comfort and visibility. I am learning to adapat to the poor functionability of their controls.
