This car has a problem with starting. I pray every time i shut it off that it will start back up. I have had it towed to the shop 6 times. Yes that is six times it left me stranded on the road or somewhere besides home. Audi says is keeps losing memory and does not recognize the key. Well thats a big problem, when I want to get home. Also the products they use on the window switches and so on has a great feel but it starts wearing off in about a year. So now i'm left with switches and buttons with white showing through the black rubber they coat them with. At night it looks even worse because the ambient light comes through all these wore out spots. I have also had the passanger side seat airbag just deploy out of no reason. That was a little scary so it took audi 4 weeks to order a whole new seat and in the mean time they told me it was drivable so I had to drive a car around with this big white airbag sticking out of the seat. It also has had the huge problem the has plagued volkswagon and Audi with the engine oil sluge problem. That required the whole engine to be replaced as well. That still did not fix the starting problem...I'm and glad I leased the car and my lease is up in September. In the mean time I bought another car a Bmw and that has been the best car. I just feel sorry for the poor sole that is going to buy my audi after it goes to auction at that time it will be out of warranty and that car should be destroyed and not resold. |
