Least favorite feature: |
glovebox and decreased headroom compared to the '02 model, also the radio display is half burned out and you cant repair it- you have to get a new or refurbished radio-$300-500 |
Advice to buyer: |
The '04 models seemed to all have something wrong that we tried out - but then '04 was the first yr they changed the design- go with the '05! |
Detailed review: |
We had 2 Grand Am GT's and now we have 2 Grand Prix GT's a 2002 and this 2005 which my husband drives. He absolutely loves it. Acceleration is great! The sound of the engine is growl-like when you punch it- which we love! Front seats are comfy. Nice curb appeal though i prefer the looks of my '02! Sporty but classy also. I hate the glove box- it has NO room and is designed weirdly. The headroom is not as good as the '02.Braking is awesome. Handling is superb. It gets 27-30 mpg on an average!! |
