I bought the Civic 2dr VP 5 speed about 7 months ago. So far, no real trouble to report. The car performs adequately, although it's certainly not overpowered. But I expected no differently from a $12,000. car. It is more stable, quicker, more responsive, and handles better than my dad's 98 LX sedan. The controls are much easier to operate (take a look at the HVAC controls - all large, easy to rotate dials). The AM/FM/CD with integrated clock is intuitive and easy to use. And the VP package includes A/C, a covered center console, a day/night mirror, and a slew of other features you don't expect for the price. |
