I like the way my 2003 Honda Accord looks. I do not like: the brakes that I had to replace with only 18,000 miles on it. Dealer informed me that this is wear and tear and not covered under warrenty. I have taken my vehicle in over 8 different times for a noise that I get in the head liner. The dealer keeps informing me that they have fixed the problem and then the next day it is back again. The even sent an 'engineer' from California to see what the problem was. He made them grease the head liner and it came back two days later. I stand behind the Honda when it comes to the engine and reliability....but when it comes to customer service and interior issues they fail in my book |
