Detailed review: |
I have a feeling i just got a 'lemon' but i am very unhappy with my V50. My wife was pregnant and we decided to trade in the VW Golf for a safe and reliable family car. We loved the styling and was very impressed with the interior of the car.
We have had the car for just under a year and less than 5000 miles and its been to the shop four times now. Three times i just died in my driveway and we had to get it towed to the dealer. The most recent was because the defroster stopped working during the worst rainstorm.
Some other things to note. If anyone has a shoe size greater than 12, forget about wearing shoes while driving. I have a size 13 and i have to take my right shoe off if i drive otherwise my foot gets stuck between the break and the gas pedal. The visibility is also poor in the car. Being that its so solid, everything is thick, so its hard to see.
Again, i just might have gotten unlucky with my v50 |
