Appearance and smooth ride

 Least favorite feature:

Seats are a little too firm but adequate.

 Advice to buyer:

I dont believe you can go wrong with any of the models LS, LT or SS. However you better check your insurance out before puchasing the SS Supercharged model.

 Detailed review:

I was thinking about buying the SS coupe but you couldnt seat two small children in the back seat comfortably. I drove a LT Sedan and the back seat is ample. I got the 2LT options and the dealership put on a paint sealer and special pin strip. With those 16' wheels the car corners in an excellent manner, very responsive..I cant believe how quiet the motor and drive train are and there is little noise inside at 70mph and higher. The car was assembled at Lordsburg Ohio so those tech must really know what they are doing..all tolerances are very refined and at last Chevrolet has come out with a model that is better than Toyota or Nissan...For me the car looks like a million dollars and drives very well...good gas mileage 29-30mpg even in town...havent had it on any long drives yet...for a reliable car I dont think you can beat the Cobalt...My wife drives a 04 cavalier and its no slouch either, good and dependable but the cobalt adds a lot of refinement that Americans have been looking for in a subcompact.
