I bought the Jetta because of resale value. Never would I have thought I would have problems with a brand new car. I had speaker rattles, wind leak, and faulty passenger seatbelt. This was all fixed under warranty. Then I had to take back because the front drivers door would not open from the inside. I had no even made the first payment and the fuel pump went out and I had to plead to VW for a rental which they finally covered for the whole week it took to fix the car. I am to about 5,500 miles now and the speakers still rattle and I still have the wind leak which I am taking to another VW dealer to have it looked at. I love the way the car handles and rides. The ESP (Electronic Stability Program) is wonderful! I love the heated seats and the power everything. |
