DON'T BUY ONE |
Detailed review: |
I have owned the beetle since 99 and can't even begin to list all of the things that have gone wrong w/ the car. The cost to have them repaired is incredible. The dealer actually suggested that I purchase a new beetle b/c they've worked out those 'issues.' Not true. I'm a teacher and many of my students have newer beetles w/ the same problems. DON'T BUY ONE. I'm very disappointed in VW and hope to at least break even as I try to unload this piece of junk. The sad thing is that I really love the gas mileage, and the appearance. I had planned on driving it until it died which I thought would be many years away. |
