Also got the notice of floor mat causing accelerator issue, well I have experienced this problem and it has nothing to do with floor mats often times push pedal and car hesitates to move then all of a sudden a burst of acceleration -- same when coming to stop lights, apply brake and car does not want to stop although it does- the engine is still trying to pull away. Very disappointed in the customer care given which to date has been zero by both toyota and selling dealer-- looks like utube video and a lawyer are in order here as maybe the only way to get action , enough exposure to public about this & they just may do something. So I have a 30 plus thousand dollar multi color car with safety issues!!
