"I have a four door 4 cylinder 2006. Best Honda accord I have owned. This is my third. Past last 1998 to my son. Went for broke with the leather ex. Quietest and fastest four cylinder. Last one was a v6. Like this better. Smoother engine, quiet as the six and almost as fast. Stays quiet at even high speeds and climbing hills. Responsive and takes turns and you can feel the turns as you do it, responsive to my manuevering. Seats most comfortable considering it is not a massive car. Expensive compared to Huyandai. I would love the Pilot but way out of our league. May trade in our 2002 Villager for a 2007 santa fee. Hated the Toyota Highlander. Looking for a SUV instead of a Van. Do not like to sit highup. We had a old Izzu, which fell apart. Looking for midsize suv crossover without seats for a baseball team with half decent milage with also a smooth car ride. Impossible to find. Only one we drove was the Highlander which tried to take the car out of our control, going over a small bump entering the highway. It jerked back and forward. I guess that is the newer 4 wheel drive with traction control. I do not want the car trying to anticipate if front tires leave the road for 2 seconds going over speed bumps."

"Great car, handles wonderfully, rides very smooth. Will always be purchasing a honda in the future, the last one had was an 89 so I got my use out of that one. "

"Though the Sonata & Camry offered more standard eqpt./value for the buck, I chose the Accord for its overall styling, performance & color choices. The 4 cyl. is peppy & smooth with very good gas mileage, & the leather interior is
of high quality & very comfortable--the exterior paint job is flawless. There are a few omissions: 1)No fogs or auto dim. mirror as std. eqpt. 2)No option offered on EX 4 cyl. for VSA/TC. 3)No auto door locks when car is in gear. 4)Idle is a bit rough when air is on. 5)Gear shift should have D(drive) at bottom, not middle, cuz it too easily goes into 3rd gear. 6) Trunk needs storage bins or cargo tray above spare. (The majority of these items are offered on the Camry XLE & Sonata Limited, which are very good cars. The interior/exterior colors/styling are the reasons I chose the Accord over the Camry/Sonata.)"

"Most perfect car to date. looks good, performs great, even for a 4 cylinder, and gas mileage is superb. this car could use a lumbar support for long trips. i'm not sure about other cars and their 2.4 liter engine, but honda has found that perfect balance between performance and economy. 2 months ago we went 500 miles and averaged 32 mpg going 85-90 mph with 3 of us and luggage filled the trunk. last week i went 2000 miles averaged 70-75 and got 34.3 during one stretch and twice got 37 mpg. it's a keeper!"
