Lexus nailed 2007 GS 450h's styling, which is to say Lexus nailed the 2007 GS lineup's styling since there's little that separates this hybrid model from its gas counterpart. The exterior features powerful, fluid lines including a raised hood as well as sculpted side fenders and quarter panels. Sharp alloy wheel with chrome spoke accents set off the overall picture. Inside, the tall dash and low windshield coupled with door plastics that widen near the dash give a sense of being enveloped and closed in. Given the choice, one editor opted for the wide-open spaces of a Chevy Suburban test truck for a ride home, though that rig lacked the Lexus' rich interior with real wood, quality plastics, and alloy-like finishes.
