GM Now Stands for "Green Mobility"
Hydrogen Fuel Cell

General Motors will be darned if they let another import automaker beat ‘em to the punch whe it comes to hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, like Toyota and Honda did with hybrids. No sir, they’re moving like a fast cat on this technology, and to prove it, they’ve rolled out fuel cell car number 2: the Chevrolet Equinox Fuel Cell. Based on the Sequel, which offers a whopping 300 mile range and can go from 0-60 in less than 10 seconds. With the Equinox, they’re promising to place the Equinox Fuel Cell into fleets next year, with 100 of the vehicles in southern California. Rumor has it that most of these will be found in Ed Begley Jr.’s garage.
